Walsall National Trust Association
Hello and welcome……. Thank you for visiting. To find out more…. Please explore!
We have a membership of over 250. We support the work of the National Trust and raise funds to donate to various Trust properties.
You don’t have to be a member of the National Trust to be a member of this local Association.
We spend our time with people who become friends, having afternoon and evening talks from a variety of amazing speakers. We meet for walks, holidays, theatre visits, social events, and visits to places that live on in memories.

New lecture season 2019 / 2020
Are you interested in history, both local and national? Do you enjoy visiting beautiful gardens? Perhaps wildlife is particularly important to you. Our new programme of lectures has something for everyone. Click on the image to find all the details on the Lectures page.
Hughenden, a National Trust property, is best known as the country home of Victorian Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, who lived there from 1848 to 1881. According to Richard Nokes, a National Trust volunteer, Hughenden offers a vivid insight into the charismatic personality and colourful private life of this most unlikely Prime Minister. Richard will talk about this in our next afternoon lecture: ‘Disraeli, the most unlikely British Prime Minister, his wife, Mary Ann, and their home’, on Wednesday 23rd October.
