General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)

On applying to join WNTA, applicants complete a form containing members’ personal data to WNTA as part of their application. The personal data includes:-

 Name,   Address.  Telephone number(s).   Email address.

The information you have provided on this form will be used by the WNTA for purposes only in connection with the running of the Association, which includes communicating by post, telephone and email. It will never be sold or disclosed for marketing purposes.

The data is stored, suitably protected, on a memory stick/computer and/or in a ledger, and may be provided to committee members and other members by email or telephone when it is needed to facilitate the running of the Association and provide the benefits of membership to you.

The Committee intends to maintain a directory of members’ contact details as shown above, specifically, Name.  Address.   Telephone number(s).   Email address.This information is available only to Management Committee members or event organisers.

Your details can be removed from our stored records within 28 days of a written request to the Associaton Secretary or Membership Secretary, or (if appointed) a duly elected Officer. Please contact us if you believe there is a problem with the WNTA handling of your data.

Please print and sign your name below to indicate that you have read and accept these terms. The signed copy will be held by the WNTA authorised officer and members can have a copy on request. If you do not sign the form, but continue to pay your subscription, we will regard this as acceptance.
