Lesley Smith presents her latest historical character. She will portray Emma, Lady Hamilton, mistress to Admiral Lord Nelson, followed by buffet. More details, including ticket price, later in the year.

● This year the Throckmorton family will take over the management of the property which will no longer be part of the National Trust member offer. There is an article about the changes on the NT website. Click on the image to read the article.
The latest news is that they are putting together a programme of 10 days during the year when National Trust members will be welcome to visit the house and gardens free of charge, subject to prior reservations. Dates to be confirmed early in 2026.
